Update on the progress
I've fully upscaled all the frames and put them all in a video from P4CT020 file prob gonna upload soon

Are you replacing the .SFD? And at what resolution?

The media resolution is 4K but I am gonna resize it to the original game's size.

I wouldn't know if its faster, its probably about the same, but it has diferent cartoon models that you can use to upscale for better results, like fatalcoon, digitalframes or manga

ESRGAN is 100% free and in my opinion better because you can use diferent models to see whats best and take your time to do it, not to mention Topaz works better with realistic stuff.
