This mod adds skills from later Persona games into Persona 3 FES. Sadly, Persona 3 is fairly limited with what you can add, so no wall/trafuri skills.

Complete:
Heat Riser
Debilitate
Magic Skill Up
Phys Skill Up

Needs another animation, otherwise complete:
Vacuum Wave
Ice Age
Wild Thunder

Testing:
Amrita Drop
Oratorio

got all the above to work, Hassou Tobi has also been added.

Certain personas can inherit certain skills through leveling up, but they cannot be fused to other personas.
