Justifications regarding the changes

=elemental skills=
nothing much to say here. Maralagidyne is nowhere near as strong as any resource puts it as, only does 50 more damage units than Maragidyne.

=Instakill skills=
On one hand, this makes instakill skills much more reliable (especially during early game when you're trying to target weaknesses with hama + no boost. On the other hand it makes random encounters a bit riskier as you have a higher chance of getting swept. Conclusion? Care a bit more about your light/ dark affinities.

=Almighty skills=
The reason I used the P4 values instead of the P5 values is because these moves do a crazy amount of damage, it's actually equal to Thunder Reign in power... on all targets. Spirit Drain might be a tad bit too strong considering Mitsuru, an already near-perfect character, can now get an effective +27 SP off of it as opposed to +15. We'll see how that goes.

=Healing=
This one is really dramatic but I fully support all changes for one reason: party control. With party control, as opposed to without, you can use items on all four of your party members as opposed to just MC. This hurts Yukari more than anyone else, as it makes no sense to use a 40SP revive spell over revival items you have stocked up. Lowering the cost of healing spells allows them to compete with items.

=Support=
The increase to buff cost may actually put a dent in Aki/ Aigis's SP pools. Break skills costing only 15SP now also makes my previous Party Rebalance all the more sweeter for Koromaru.

=Status Effects=
On the fence with adding +5% to several multitarget status effects, may revert them and nerf the others accordingly in a future revision. We'll see.
