Updated the mod, I am now able to modify all the game textures. Currently 55/700 bin files have been upscaled. Shibuya is the best place to see the result. Almost all textures are upscaled there.

Updated the mod, now cover all the textures I could do (about 700Mo of textures). Also fixed visual bugs.

Thanks for the help! no I didn't but I found the issue: it seems that GFD studio does not support the repacking of textures with transparency, hence the bugs when trying to upscale and repack some textures like the boot screen panels on the wall 'new game', 'load game', etc...

So I made a bit of progress on the subject. Some .bin files are working correctly, whereas other don't. I believe that the culprit is the small .txt file that exists only in the files which cannot be repacked.
