The csv is temporarily generated to compress the CPK (as far as my testing goes, it's required for the mods to load without the game crashing). It sounds like the CPK hasn't finished generating yet, which can take awhile (as it's over 1 GB of files to compress). Did it say it was done building?

Yep, sounds like it didn’t actually get patched since the CRC should be different after any files of different size have been replaced. If it's still DEDC3B71 then it sounds like the executable still didn't change, which was supposed to be fixed. It'd be odd if the mod compendium patched (but improperly) ...
