Assuming everything is installed properly, you only need to put in the last three digits in the ID (for example, if a skill has the ID "0123," then you can ignore the 0 and only put in the 1, 2, and 3)

Do you have any other music mods installed? if so, they may be cancelling out Take Over replacing Last Surprise.
