I Plan on using topaz's Build but that would take forever since I have around 2000 files and that might take awhile. So I'm just continue working on the way I've been doing till I'm done then convert all the png files to dds files and also I need to even start with the config file.

You could try VGMToolbox but I haven’t tested it on royal yet but you should give it a try, btw it only exports the video and audio, it won’t put it into one file it just both audio and video will be separate https://sourceforge.net/projects/vgmtoolbox/
