Extracting P4G Voice Files

Hey all, I'm trying to extract voice files from P4G's data and I'm a bit stuck.
I unpacked the main CPK and then (using VGMToolbox) extracted all of the .awb files in data/sound/adx2, but all of the output awb folders just contain a bunch .bin files that I don't know what to do with.
I've tried AWB tools and couldn't get it to work, and the download link for SonicAudioTools is broken.
