Persona 2 Innocent Sin Psp

I am writing this message in regards to persona 2 innocent sin psp, I am wondering if anyone would have any knowledge on modding that game.
I am looking for someone to create a mod for me that would remove the text that says loading and the loading bar that moves during the loading screen and the box around it so basically all that woul be left is the character animation.
If you could create a mod like this one or could help me in any way I would appreciate it.
I am willing to Commission someone to create this mod to be usable on ps vita.
